Cleveland Scene Magazine Does Not Fool Around

We had a really nice visit from Doug Trattner of Cleveland Scene magazine a few weeks ago. He wrote a wonderful article about the distillery which was in the paper a few weeks ago.Thanks, Doug!
The Plain Dealer Stops By
August 30, 2010 - James Nichols wrote a neat article about Tom's Foolery in the Fall of 2009. Little did weknow at the time how much longer it was actually going to take to get the product ready for the shelves!
We are really much happier with the product given the extra time to age it and play with it a little. Even with that, our first release is likely to still be a "young" applejack, aged just two years. Our plan is to eventually have a product that is aged at least four years.
